YUGO
The guy from Battle Angel Alita of course is one of the BEST anime guys in the world!!.....well maybe not good looking as Mousse, but his one of my favourites so there!
Even though he only appears once in the OVA Movie of Battle Angel Alita, and once in the manga books (but does get recapped by Alita sometimes when she grievs), I still stand by him as a loving, cute, and strong fella (he managed to catch a cyborg for cry sakes!), not to mention he can rip spines out of people and fix ...things, BUT HIS CUTE DAMMIT! ^_^
Here's my poem as a tribute to his death....
Yugo is like a magical prince toad,
such mystery to one guy that wears raggy clothes,
secretive, stubborn not to mention his cute!
Would make any girl swirl in loops.
Alita left hanging for his affection,
this girl just wants attention,
wonderous thoughts built up the room,
too soon Yugo lay to his doom.
His dreams of Zalem cut short Ido said,
Yugo remained on the hospital bed,
listening to Ido in disbelief,
running off to Zalem pipes Yugo causes grief.
The wanted bounty hunter torn,
wrapped in bandages gallore,
his heart still set to the Zalem he climbs,
Alita races to save his life.
Rat traps rip off his feet,
no worries he seems to think,
his body torn limb from limb,
Alita jumps in mid air and catches him.
Stabbing her dagger to the side,
Her heartache becomes no lie,
to Yugo and beams a smile,
knowing this is as far he'll ride.
With the slip of a grip,
Alita loses her trip,
to the Zalem and her lover,
both falling on the trash heap on Earth.
Still smiling to his death,
Yugo looks pleased fading away till his last breath,
Alita left dangling in mid air,
her face full of tears she wanted to share.
Willing Alita carries on,
knowing there was someone but now it's gone,
his unexpressed feelings left untold,
left Alita with a single kiss.
